Perfect for our first group trip

Property was beautifully maintained. Minutes from beach access which was incredibly helpful. If anyone had stayed with a dog prior to our visit there was no evidence whatsoever, everything smelled clean Our group was six adults and four kids and everyone had plenty of room to spread out The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners. The upstairs bedrooms were a little hot but our friends were pleasantly surprised to find a small fan in each room in addition to the ceiling fans to help keep them comfortable I only took one star off for cleanliness because there were soda cans left in th backyardOverall we loved our stay and our kids are already asking to come back

Perfect!

We were in town for a family wedding and LOVED our stay in this house! We felt at home the minute we walked in. Check in/check out/instructions were all easy and communicated clearly and well. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with necessities that are clearly well taken care of. We were big fans of the coffee/breakfast bar. The house is very clean and was the perfect amount of space for our family of six adults and two small children. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. We utilized the lovely outdoor space and enjoyed an hour at the beautiful beach, despite it being March. If we ever find ourselves making another trip to St. Augustine, we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place

It was my first time renting an arbnb and i was a little nervous . Sometimes pictures dont do justice , when we arrived at the home , i was amazed . It was beautiful and very cleaned. Everyone that was with me was just amazed as well

Family vacation.

On arrival, in rain, front door lock wasn't working! After 2 calls we were finally able to locate a lockbox key to enter house. Front steps are very slick when wet! Water drainage is poor at front porch area. The roaches were plentiful! 😳 I live in Florida too but every kitchen cabinet/drawer in this house had roaches running! First couple morning's they were crawling on the floor. All tiny hatchlings but way too many if you have that "advertised" exterminator spraying! They are also in the bathrooms. We used a bleach cleaner, it works, roaches hate bleach! After cleaning with bleach they were a lot less. This house is located in a great area, spacious and really nice!

Great house

Overall extremely happy. Few minor hiccups- grass not cut, shelves in frig broken. Well stocked kitchen dishes and cookware and utensils!

Checked in Sunday to flicker poweer finally on Wednesday lost power to half home after using my Karen voice we were moved BUT what a terrible inconvenience to pack up half way through a vacation to switch homes due to a safety concern according to property management;( disappointing

Overall Nice place, but some issues

The place was nice and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, there were some issues we experienced. There was a cockroach that greeted us on entry and another one in the Keurig machine, so coffee was out of the question for the trip. I contacted the property manager via the app and in text with no response. They had salt and pepper, but the salt was empty; there was two light bulbs out it in the kitchen which made it dark to cook; the tv in the master did not work. So, although the overall place was nice and nicely decorated, it was just some details that were overlooked and not great communication when we reported the issue with the bugs.

Fantastic house!

Great place to stay; plenty of space inside the house. Really well decorated and prepared for people who want to cook in, get take out to bring back or grill. Very clean - bathrooms were great, beds were all comfortable and good quality. If we come back to St. Augustine, it's going to be staying in this same place.

Perfect location and accommodations

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. We had 13 and everyone slept comfortably. The living and kitchen area were spacious and made it easy to have meals and hang out. The location was perfect! So close to the beach. Groceries, restaurants etc closeby. And the drive to downtown St Augustine was easy. Highly recommend. One note. Be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels trash, dish and laundry soap, trash bags, etc. Those items are not provided. The house info does not explain that.

Great family vacation home!

Our stay was great! It had all of the comforts of home and plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 kids. Close to historic St. Augustine and right by the beach. It was also impeccably cleaned. We’ll definitely stay here again if all 10 of us are back in St. Augustine.

We had a great week! The house had plenty of accommodations and stocked fully!

We had a great stay!!! Perfect for our family size! We had 12 total! Back yard was unusable due to extremely high grass. I would recommend additional parking as there is only 2 spots for parking but enough to sleep 3 - 4 family's! Garage is owner use only which made it tough with beach stuff and not being able to use the back yard. We were not aware either missed it in the fine print or its not mentioned. We had to stack everything in front of the garage or carry through the house to the back patio. Nice outdoor shower area but without the grass being mowed we didn't use it, plus no pavers to stand on while rinsing off! Grill was not clean. Had to deep clean the charcoal side and stayed away from the propane side. Grill is kept under the patio but would recommend putting in the grass as we did as it seems like it would be a slight fire hazard. Would recommend an additional trash receptacle outside as we mainly cook and eat in so we had more trash than the trash can outside could handle. Would also recommend removing the metal mulch barrier by the hose as multiple people cut their foot while washing off after the beach. Beds were comfortable! Plenty of space to relax after the beach before dinner. Easy for everyone to have their own space. Small minor repairs could be made to towel racks and toilet paper holders. Very clean! Great family vacation week!

St. Augustine Getaway

This house was perfect for our family reunion, of 13 people. Easy 5 minute drive to the beach. The home itself is brand new, extremely clean (great job, housekeeping!), and stocked with all of the comforts of your own home. Towels and beach towels? Yep. Kitchen with everything you'd need to make anything? Yep. Coffee station? Of course! And, you'll find beach chairs, washer/dryer, grill, board games, books, and plenty of room to spread out and get comfy on a rainy night in Florida. Only downside to this house is that the street it is on is a bit dated (older neighborhood) but once inside, you'll be glad you rented this place. Turnkey was also very responsive and helpful when we couldn't get the wi-fi to work. They helped us fix the problem right away. Wonderful experience all around.

Amazing Stay

This property allowed our family to have a vacation of a lifetime. The process was smooth from the start to finish. The beach was a mile from the property and easy access to grocery stores and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice big house in a great little neighborhood.

We planned a large family gathering in Saint Augustine. We were fortunate to find a house large enough to accommodate 8 - 12 people, close to the beach, and not too far away from America's oldest city. Kitchen and Living/Dining areas are big and well furnished. 5 Bedrooms with enough sleeping space for 12 people. Walking distance to beach access, and a short drive to beaches with adequate parking. Winn-Dixie and Publix locations within a 5 minute drive, and plenty of great restaraunts within a 10 minute drive.

Spacious and comfy

This house was exactly what we needed for our extended family of 11. There were plenty of beds, seating in the common areas and dishes etc in the kitchen. And a very short drive (less than 2 miles) to the beach too. I have no complaints. Everything was as described and we didn’t look for anything we “needed” that wasn’t there during our stay. Loved the communication with the property managers through texts, super easy and they were quick to answer. I would definitely recommend this home and would definitely stay there again.
