Just steps to the ocean, you will enjoy St. John's county fishing pier, kids splash park, playground and volleyball park. Walk to some of the area’s top restaurants, shops, a weekly farmers market and live entertainment at the pavilion! Free summer concert Wednesday evenings weather permitting.

Unit 305B is in the quiet part of the complex on the top floor with a convenient elevator just steps away. You will enjoy newly updated furnishings with a comfortable coastal decor.
