"the staff was great , very sweet and helpful. However the overall communication isn’t good, the food is never fully cooked. which upset my stomach a few times , lack of staff. Horrible room service. Definitely not fancy if you are going for the pool, DON’T but the bar /restaurant, beach, happy hour were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating!
