“It is a lovely property with amazing views and gracious staff. Great location right by the pier and fun restaurants. Met some people who have been coming 30 years and I understand why.”

“Was not very happy with the kitchen supplies they gave you one sauce pan, one fry pan and one cookie sheet you need more than one fry pan in a kitchen and then they only gave you four forks and four knives and four spoons so if you use any of that silverware to cook with, you’ve got to clean it before you can eat with it they give you the very minimum to get by with and if you want towels, you have to go to the desk to get them. They should be provided at your room every day by the maid then……

“Cockroaches in the hallways. Bad odor everywhere. Dirty bathroom. Beds are very uncomfortable.”

“The rooms were very clean. Lots of pools ,lazy rivers, and kids splash pad so everybody is spaced out not all trying to share one pool! We had a a great stay. The beds could have been a little more comfortable.”

“Room was very nice, cold AC, roomy. Breakfast not so much. Toast looked like it was on the verge of going bad, eggs were inedible. Building site seem always under construction. Hallways need new carpet or very deep cleaned.”

“The room was recently renovated and it was pretty clean. I enjoyed the beach view. I got a room with a kitchenette which was nice too. The sliding glass door was very hard to open. The bathroom could have used some type of hooks to hang towels and clothes, it would have been helpful if the kitchen are had more lighting. The staff were nice. There was no housekeeping the whole time we were there from Monday evening until Saturday morning which was very different disappointing. In the middle of……

“The rooms were trash. The staff was Not knowledgeable or courteous or helpful or informative. The parking was dirty, dark and dreary. And there were bugs in the room. And I need to get a full refund!”

“The rooms are really old and need updating. Unfortunate that we could not get housekeeping daily with spending over 200 per night because we didn't stay for 7 days. Had to ask for more soap, towels, shampoo, etc. Great location and restaurant staff were awesome. Room is a 5 and location is a 10.”
