"First of all, we are not short term vacation rental (vrbo & others) people. That being said, we had a really good experience at this spot. Literally 2 blocks from restaurants & bars we like to experience. Parking was easier than expected based on city parking zones, but it was no inconvenience at all. The place was clean, roomy enough for 2 adults, comfortable bed. The owner gave suggestions on places to go. We like to be locals and not tourists. As for cleanup/checking out. "Arrived on Monday, January 20th - parked the car across the street and have had no need to move it until I depart on January 25. The location is perfect. Food, drink and shopping everywhere. St. Pete is a wonderful and safe town. Will definitely be back next winter. The condo is very clean and the host provided all the basics needed for a short stay. Two Publix grocery stores nearby. Perfect place for 1 or 2 people to thoroughly enjoy. "
