“I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee. Then the apartment was very dusty. The floors, the furniture, the fixtures everything. We were told that……

“The listing for this room has a beach front view, I thought I was a walk away from the beach. The view was absolutely beautiful on the listing. But that was not the case. We are behind the buildings that the Photos listed. And we were facing the docs with all the boats. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable.”
