Our room did not get cleaned the one day we asked for it to be in spite of the day bring in line with the eod policy. When we asked the next day - we got fresh towels and made beds but the conditioner and hand soap dispensers were not refilled and remained empty. The hotel location is good. However rest staffing with individuals that like people would be a good start.
