“Room smelled of mold Site stated we would have an ocean view. We had a view of a side wall. No bell hop service. ”

The rest of the time we were out exploring. We did have a rental car and never had an issue with parking but it is limited (8 spaces approximately) and I think we were told there were 17 rooms total. “The best thing about this property is the view and essentially that is what you are paying for. Waking up everyday to the gorgeous ocean and Mountain View was magnificent. You're right across the street from the airport so it's very convenient location but you can hear the planes taking off but it's not too bad though. “Island View Guesthouse is a little gem! Their dinning area is quite quaint with an impressive panoramic view of East, South and West Charlotte side of the Island. John and Jerome are great Host, and displayed best in class service. Extremely polite and accommodating. They made my stay comfortable. This is not an invention for future guess to take advantage of them. Just know you will have a comfortable stay. I had dinner here one night. Although quite pricey, the the food and service was……

“Bay view from the room was nice on some mornings seaplanes would land in the bay waking us up in the early morning. We asked one of the front desk workers if she could take a picture of us seeing that the lobby was empty with no else checking in and she seemed bothered by our request.”

It looks like an abandoned hotel on the outside the check-in desk person is not always there although it looks like she lives on the property. The plumbing needs to be updated. I had to plunge the toilet. There was a plunger in the bathroom so they knew about the plumbing issues. I stayed on the bottom of the hotel and they were lots of noises upstairs and noises in……
