“Very private and relaxing”

“What I didn’t like my resort hotel didn’t have a beach the food was excellent no complaints expensive but good food a lot of resort fees I don’t get it Fees everyday that’s ridiculous. It was an experience that you should try”

“Beautiful resort with beach front access! There are also water activities available right on the beach as well as the floating taco bar. All staff were helpful, friendly and always available to assist if needed. Will def return to stay here again in the future!”

“Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it.”

“Very convenient location for those flying in and out. The hotel is a bit run down, but the staff are all lovely. Hotel staff call taxi's for you and are happy to give recommendations for places to visit when you ask.”

“This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. They helped us by holding our bags since we arrived early, getting our room ready ASAP, and calling a cab when it was time to go to the airport. It was just a wonderful experience and we would……

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not……

“Had a very nice time staying at Sapphire Resort. The sargassum was a bummer but the staff took very good care of it so the beach could still be easily accessible. My husband and I did hours of snorkeling and found some pretty neat fish/invertebrates. Our condo was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The bar and pool were also great. Would definitely do it again!”

“The rooms were clean and the staff wonderful. Only thing was the smell in the room a little musty and i am sure it was due to the moist atmosphere but luckly I had Lysol. Bar and food was terrific if you stayed in the Club. The food was amazing whether breakfast, lunchtime/snacks and late afternoon snacks or desserts.”

“Consider making the coffee house replace where the restaurant is. Sad to see it was empty with 2-3 people in it The coffee shop is the way to go .There are other beautiful beaches to enjoy Especially Megan- don't make a big deal if their beach is undergoing Nature's clam smell that was fine to understand .”
