“I stayed in the single room. A tidy and comfy room. The windows had been left open so it was cold when I arrived but it did quickly warm up. No blinds in the velux windows which would have been annoying if I’d have stayed until daylight. I didn’t see or use any of the communal areas so can’t comment. Enough driveway space for 3 cars. Literally 2 minutes from my airport parking. Would stop again if flying from Luton.”

Complete opposite discovered when retiring to bed as cars constantly go through Woburn village - a local called it the 5th lane of the M1 and we likened it to being on the hard shoulder.
