Suitable for small travel groups, site managers, families, fitters and digital nomads. Our guests can expect a newly renovated and spacious (124 sqm) 3-room apartment in the middle of the city, yet quiet with its own parking space in the backyard. The new and spacious eat-in kitchen is the center of the apartment. The bright fitted kitchen offers everything your heart desires including dishwasher, coffee maker & extra Nespresso machine, microwave etc. Two new bathrooms with rainforest shower and modern equipment will provide you with everything you need. The very comfortable beds complete the offer. You can also book extra beds (+25,- €/bed) as the rooms are very spacious. The comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible by elevator. Smokers can smoke in the courtyard. Perfect for fitters up to 6+ people, site managers, small groups, supervisors or construction teams. All three bedrooms are separately lockable. Fast WiFi and streaming capabilities are available. Towels, linen and cleaning service included. 24 hour check-in by door code.
