“I did not use the gym, but again the heater in the room was very noisy hard to sleep, and then the heater would stop working and only blow cold air, I had to shut the heater off for a while turn it back on. And then the TV went out so I was about a day without the TV and the breakfast was not very good”

“Pool was not very nice looking and long hair floating in it grossed me out the room I was in the heater was very load I kept thinking semi’s were using there jack brakes or someone was plowing out my window beds not that comfortable pretty hard. I felt like someone was watching on a camera just a weird feeling wasn’t a fan for a young lady staying alone ”

“I was itching all night,ended up sleeping on top of the blankets.Not sure if it was animal dander or bed bugs,but it was a tough night.We had a tournament all day and I was extremely exhausted due to lack of sleep.”

“The front desk person called hours prior to my stay to inform me that a king bed was no longer available due to reconstruction. I kept it anyway assuming we'd get 2 queens when he said it was a double. But it was one bed. The night was interrupted with noises from the heater in the room and construction sound in the early am. In the morning we went to get breakfast but everything was out. The waffle machine was empty, the juice was only water coming out. So we left. We will not rebook at……

“The property was nice, but staff looked very annoyed on evening/night shift if you went to ask a question. The rooms were nice and roomy, but there wasn't even a recliner or anything to sit in. The chair that was in there reminded me of a cloth covered school desk chair. So we either had to sit on the bed or in the rolling chair at the desk. We had an appt at 1pm the day prior to my husbands surgery and his surgery was cancelled by the doctor. I called the hotel and explained our situation……

“The spa wash not working/out of order. There were little black bugs in the room. My wife counted over a dozen of them while she was in the restroom ”
