“The hotel is an older hotel, however it is really taken care of and very comfortable. Our room was large, bed was comfy and the pillows were wonderful too. There are cute animals made out of the washcloths and hand towels. A cute addition for your stay. The breakfast was pretty satisfying. Something for everyone. Hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cearals both hot and cold, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Will definitely stay there again when in the……

“The front desk person called hours prior to my stay to inform me that a king bed was no longer available due to reconstruction. I kept it anyway assuming we'd get 2 queens when he said it was a double. But it was one bed. The night was interrupted with noises from the heater in the room and construction sound in the early am. In the morning we went to get breakfast but everything was out. The waffle machine was empty, the juice was only water coming out. So we left. We will not rebook at……

“Overall the hotel staff and amenities are fine, especially for Rochester, MN, but make it be known the pool is open until 11PM and those staying here for the Mayo Clinic will not get rest if your room faces the pool area. Those rooms should be free if kids are in there screaming until close. ”

“There were stains on the curtains and pillow cases, there was food left in the fridge. Kind of sad we were tired and did not complain to staff. I probably will not stay there again. There was tape over the elevator buttons and people were randomly drinking in the lobby In a place were the competition is high you would think they would be a higher station and professional level. There was incense burning in the lobby to cover the smell of weed . ”
