“Continental breakfast is a pop tart, instant oatmeal, banana, orange, pudding, mac and cheese packet, and coffee. Juice machine was broken. Locked out of the building because room key did not work at the door after hours. Manager was upset for waking him up to open the door. Customer service was poor. Had to prove I needed the receipt from THEM because I booked through Expedia even though I paid at check-in. The manager actually argued the point and then "found" the receipt. Never again.”

“Room had water stains on the ceiling and part of the sheetrock tape was coming down. The couch in the room was stained really bad and the towels didn't appear to be clean. The beds and bedding looked fine along with the carpet. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. I would look for a different place next time.”

“This was overall a solid stay but there was a lot of detail cleaning needed especially in corners of the bathroom, toilet, and power outlets. Overall pretty clean and comfortable and not a bad option”

“The person who checked me in was rude right from the start. That turned me off immediately to point that we will never stay there again. The room we had was clean, but had a very weird odor to it. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about and the vending machine was cash only. It took our money and didn’t give us any product. The amenities are outdated for the price you pay.”

“Room had only ONE thin towel for two people. No shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. Only a few disabled parking spots. All other regular parking was completely full.”

“The hotel did not match the pictures online, it was pretty old and run down, maybe it was under renos?. The hall smelled musty and was extremly hot and damp, there was a dehumidifier in the hall but was full the first 2 days and not running. Only on the third day did we see it was running and the hall was less damp. The room was clean upon arrival, but felt old even though they tried to modernize it with paint and nicer bed covers. no one came to empty the garbage during our 4 night stay. The……
