Was willing to help with any concern I had; even with providing recommendations for different places in the area. Not much traffic when I visited, so that was a plus. The pool was open so I got to utilize that. I gave the room less than 5 stars because the bed was just a bit TOO squeaky and also, we entered and there was a used washcloth in the shower that was over looked from the……
