Top Strathlorne Hotel Reviews
Duck Cove Inn
"The breafast was cooked to perfection. The staff were wonderful helpful and friendly. Loved the view from the chairs our front of our room. Enjoyable couple of days in the area."
Margaree-a-ville Cottage
"My family and I had a fantastic time at Gert and Gus’s place! It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The property is amazing - make sure you take the walk down to the river for a truly magical moss-covered forest floor experience! My two young children (7 and 2) really enjoyed their stay as well. Highly recommend!"
Island Sunset Resort
"We stayed for two nights with two teens and two dogs. The property was conveniently located to explore the Cheticamp side of Cabot Trail. The views of the water were also beautiful. The downside was the lack of air conditioning, the many dead (and live insects in the bathroom) and the price, which was quite high for what you get - no restaurant on site, no daily housekeeping, the aforementioned insects and subpar cleanliness."
The Fiddle and The Sea B&B
"The best B&B you will ever come across."
The Normaway Inn
"What an experience. We were greeted warmly at check in. Staff was friendly (make sure to pet Suki .she's cute!). Answered all questions and apologiEs for no dinner/breakfast but provided helpful alternatives (The Lakes was great for family dinner spot, great staff and food). Cabin was cool...beauty fire pit I wish we used, but we were too busy at the Barn for the Celiidh. What an amazing surprise. Fun night of fiddling and square dancing (only Wed/Fri). And the coolest part...Highland Cows! Fr, but kept to themselvesiendly beasts...some escaped and wandered the grounds. Room was clean, staff was amazing and welcoming, got the full "Cape Breton" experience in 1 night...and we all loved it."
Fair Isle Motel
"clean room"
Cajun Cedar Log Cottages
"Angela was warm, inviting, and very pleasant to work with. For a person who runs it all by herself it was immaculate. Would stay here again!"
Glenora Inn & Distillery
"Nice staff especially breakfast ladies."
Newly renovated beachfront home across from Cabot Links Golf Course
"The place was clean and had plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 young children. Good food options nearby."
