“Place was so cute. Nice views at night of restaurant. Owner was great. Attentive ! Bring quarters for laundry machine. Only issue But owner was nice to offer me quarters Trian goes by a lot but you get used to it. It was close to town. Comfy bed. Great shower Pool warm. I’d stay again for sure ! ”

“Very nice neighborhood, very quiet. Close to many things. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Owner provided a lot of niceties like shampoo, conditioner, soap, keurig pods, etc. Only slight flaw was no access to outlets by top of bed so we had to go get an extension cord for my husband's C-pap machine. “Overall the property needs maintenance. Rusty moldings and gates. Pool was in the process of being restored. Art/ hangings in the halls were shabby looking. Our unit had no internet Tv in the bedroom. The unit was clean and properly maintained. Housekeeping properly kept up our room for us. Staff was very pleasant, hospitable and eager to accommodate us and to ensure our stay was pleasant. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves as it was during off peak time. ”

We had a small problem with the air conditioner on Christmas Day that was repaired immediately.Honestly I’m tempted not to leave a review as this property is so nice, I’m afraid it could be come too popular. We’ll definitely be coming back. Great location.”

“The property overall was good. A few things we would have liked is along with the beach chairs an umbrella for the beach. Also a few more hooks for towels etc. and hangers for clothing in the closets. ”

“The condo was very nice and clean. The highlight, of course was the view from the back porch. It was right on a waterway with boats going by and two restaurants straight across the water. It also had a very nice dog park however, the dog park should’ve had something running along the water to keep the dogs from jumping in. Ours did not, but it could’ve.”

“We had hoped for an ocean view. The view was a tiny little view over the top of buildings. We were on the bottom floor which we personally don’t like. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. One could barely open the door without hitting the toilet and by that I mean there was less than half an inch between the door opening and the toilet. The shower was nice except it backed up and took forever to drain. The carpet was nasty with large stains. The beds were nice and comfortable. I expected more...

“Check-in was great! Very friendly, informative check-in. When we arrived to the room (which was a balcony beach view, suite in the beach tower) we were so excited that it was so amazing! I told my friend, “This may be the cleanest, best place I’ve ever stayed!” It was short-lived. When we returned back from dinner, there were roaches on the counter. As we killed them, more kept coming from under the stovetop. You’ve never seen two women pack up so fast! The front desk was extremely apologetic....
