“Clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff. Coffee and bottled water provided in room. Free coffee and water in reception. They left us a bottle of prosecco and two champagne flutes in the room as a happy new year gift-lovely and appreciated gesture. Decent car park, at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had sparkling wine and real fresh orange juice so if you wanted you could have a bucks fizz breakfast. The tram stop was just across the road so it was very easy……

“L'hotel è in una zona abbastanza centrale della città, vicino al palazzo presidenziale e ad pochi minuti dal centro storico. I ragazzi alla reception sono molto cortesi e parlano bene inglese. La camera era davvero grande e ben tenuta, con tanti armadi, una buona cucina, ottimo il bagno (doccia separata dai sanitari) e letti comodi. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ineccepibile.”

“This was definitely a 5-star experience, from check in, to the room, housekeeping, facilities, restaurant. The breakfast was definitely a huge highlight. Best coffee in Bratislava! "I rarely write hotel reviews, but I deeply, deeply, deeply regret choosing this one. Before booking, I checked Google Maps and saw that it’s a 17-minute walk to the city centre. I thought, “If walking takes 17 minutes, public transport must be even faster.” To my surprise, taking public transport actually takes 40 minutes — much longer than walking — and you have to transfer twice to get to the centre. The location is remote and not easy to find, especially at night. Even though the hotel had available rooms when I arrived, they wouldn’t let me check in early unless I paid an extra €25\. Who would want to pay extra just for 2 or 3 more hours in a hotel that barely qualifies as four stars? It’s really more like a three-star hotel. The hotel is old, and the bathroom is even older — the outdated design means water leaks all over the floor when you take a shower. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience."
