“La propiedad esta muy confortable, cómodo, el único detalle es que una de las reglas es que debes sacar la basura y afuera el lugar donde supuestamente se debe poner la basura esta cerrado con candado y al final tuvimos que llevarnos la basura para nuestra casa.”

“The room was very cute. It was very clean. Very welcoming. However, the bed needs rotate or replaced. You roll to the middle, its lumpy and not comfortable. The property has horrible lighting it is dark. The property has horrible signage. We had to get out of our car to figure out building numbers. Unless they individual owners had light up or reflective signage you could not tell the building and room numbers. “This was a hard review to write. Technically, everything was presented as listed. However, there were no extra blankets and it took the unit a long time to warm up after arriving to thermostats set at 55, outdoor temp was 15 with an overnight low of 10. The beds only had sheets and a thin coverlet, burrr. The beds need some attention. The king mattress has obvious indentations , like you basically look at it made and see exactly where the “other” bodies laid lol. The bunk bed was so loud ,...

“Stayed at sugartop for the first time with this trip for my 21st birthday loved the location and the room the amenities where amazing and staff was very friendly!”

“This place has a great view of the whole town of Banner Elk and you can even see sugar mountain ski resort from the window, but finding the parking spot for our unit was hard and the steps were so icy it was very dangerous getting in and out of the place but other than that it was a great weekend stay!”

“Loved the location of this on the property. For a family of six we don't excellent travel light. The apartment is on the first floor with a balcony facing the parking lot. Three doors down from the pool area that we went to every night. We will definitely look forward to staying again”

“Property and amenities were great!! Plenty of room for our family of 9. Lots of pots and pans to cook with, which for my family is wonderful, we often cook at home most. My only complaint, the downstairs mattress desperately needs replacing. I had to go sleep upstairs on the couch with my husband staying in bed. We literally rolled into the middle when sleeping together. ”

“Checking in was super easy, informative emails were sent prior to arrival. The location was great but not ski in ski out. There was a decent walk to the slope but honestly it wasn’t bad. Our group made the walk 2 of the 3 days. It was a cozy place and very enjoyable. Saturday’s are packed on the slopes but sundays were great both day and night time skiing. ”
