“I honestly was surprised to walk in and smell the cleanliness right away. It’s an old hotel but they have remodel enough to make it comfortable to stay. This is very small hotel with limited amenities, but the necessary shall say. Only thing would say they need and ice machine, but I could be wrong and they may have one and did not see, didn’t ask either. They offer continental breakfast with a variety from 5 am which was very convenient for me and considering that all hotels I’ve stayed in……

“A very short stay with my daughters and oddly designed. We had a room on 2nd floor with elevators on the outside of hotel corners. Our room was opposite the elevators so getting our bags and luggage was a challenge; corridor to room was very narrow. Well lit outside and plenty of parking, but did not feel comfortable with people coming and going from property very late at night. Large outdoor pool blocked off my property and somewhat centered within hotel, almost like a ‘U’ shape design. Good……

“We stay at comfort inn often..at this location a couple times already this year and this is the first time(hopefully only) time we stayed on 3rd floor....and they even put us at the end of the hall..probably have the option to request a lower level in the app or somewhere.. but going though an different site to book rather than the official Inn website we could lose a chance at staying at the Comfort Inn altogether w the cheaper rate..since theres only so many available. “Everything was top-tier. We loved the room and how spacious it was. Our biggest thing was staying somewhere with a pool - preferably indoor - for our girls. Even though it was outdoors, the pool was located in the right spot for the sun to shine on it and warm the water to not be freezing cold but just right to jump right in. The breakfast was good. The only downside for us was the mattresses were very firm and the pillows were extremely soft. My husband stacked three pillows together but still……

“It had been several years since I visited a Hampton Inn. This Fultondale, AL Hampton Inn was a refreshing new design in total. The Property and Staff exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose this Inn again. The Breakfast Offerings were extensive and very tasty. The Young Man Staffer was excellent and was very present and helpful. The Check-In Staff was very responsive and helpful also.”
