"Pool was down for maintenance all weekend "

"The room was very dusty we need to turn up fridge upon pulling out little the dust was months thick it was very disgusting. There was hair ball and some dirt in the bed under the pullback sheets. Bathroom floor was not cleaned in areas. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, parking was fine but we was back in early otherwise there might been an issue seemed pretty full. They need work on cleaning!"

"I didn’t try the bar or breakfast but the man that waited on us at front desk was great room was very nice Only issue was baker was sitting on his phone and paid no attention so we parked in garage which seemed sketchy at moment but actually was pretty good. And there is exterior construction occuring which made the entrance and exit to parking lot confusing but I still give this place 5 stars was great for bluejackets game close and safe walk to and from game"

"Bed was very hard and the hot water took forever to get warm. Loved the corner room view!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this Hilton. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and everything smelled fresh the moment I walked in. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

"Room price reflected no breakfast/coffee etc. All i wanted was a hot bath after a long work day and they put me in a handicap room with a shower chair, lol. The desk vlerk needs to know not to announce the room number (write it down) for a female traveling alone for safety reasons. This hotel was 9k for the price, but definitely needs some upgrades."
