“The room is actually a two bedroom apartment and it worked great for us. Very reasonable price. Direct access to the ocean. Chair and umbrellas are provided. Very quiet area of Cocoa Beach, but not far from some nice places to eat. The patio at night was a great addition to our experience. Very relaxing at night.”

“I feel completely misled when I see high ratings for a place, only to arrive and find it’s nothing like that. The photos make the place look much better than it actually is. The room smelled musty, and they gave me a room with two single beds even though I was with my wife. I preferred to just go back home rather than go to the front desk to try and change rooms; I won't be coming back.”

“This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here. I definitely would go back again.”

“Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy.……
