“This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel in the last two and half months. We stayed in room 105B. The A/C unit would run for about five minutes then stop for three minutes before starting again. The noise was so loud coming for the A/C it made it difficult to sleep. The barn door to the bathroom sticks making it difficult or open and close the door. The hand held shower would not work and the rain mounted shower head was very high making it difficult to use. The carpet……

“I had a terrible experience last night at this hotel, I stayed on the west tower and they gave me room 404 which AC wasn't working properly, the room temperature was 78 degrees making uncomfortable to sleep. I tried to call the lobby several times and no one answered my phone calls, we ended up getting another room in a Residence Inn 2 blocks away from there where we finally got some sleep. Please stay away from this place!”

“There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! ”

“We liked the privacy and the short distance to the beach.Neighborhood seemed safe to walk at night that's a plus.The negative would be lack of cleaning in the room,such as a streak of poop running down the bathroom wall by the door.The carpet was stained the lamp had stains the couch smelled like a wet dog and the air-conditioning hasn't had the filter cleaned in who knows how long.There were signs of previous flooding that I believe is why the room smelled musty.A dehumidifier would alleviate……
