Quiet for our very close neighbours at all times. Noise travels in outdoor areas. The courtyards are used as a path of travel not for entertaining.
No additional Guests or Visitors at the property at all time We are unable to let to groups under 25 years or 'large group celebration' weekends.
If you could kindly close doors opening to the courtyard areas in evening as noise travels. Will also help keep the Cooling or Heating working well

A perfect location & gorgeous property

We loved our 4 day stay at Millers Point. It felt very special staying amongst this historic area and was perfectly located for public transport. Sam was a great host and responded really quickly. She was very accommodating with our luggage. The beds were really comfortable. I loved the unique, individual style of the house. We will definitely book again when next in Sydney.

Sydney before the New Year

Fantastic stay at a very unique and fun place. The Rocks is perfectly situated minutes from the harbor, not too mention local restaurants and the neatest swing hole in all of Sydney. The Rocks is a perfect place to stay and has everything you need to ensure a fantastic vacation.

Marvellous Millers Point cottage

We’ve live in Sydney, and decided to have 3 days staying in the city, chose this cottage. It was absolutely fantastic. So much to wander around and explore in Millers Point and the Rocks, lots of great pubs, and really friendly locals

Great place to stay, best location

We spent 6 days in Sydney, and it's all about location. This house is not only ideally situated, walking distance from Circular Quay and Opera House, but also a little gem in the Rocks. Peaceful, spacious, tastefully decorated, I can only recommend this place. If we were to come back to Sydney, this is we're we would go back to, feels already like home!

What a gem!

My children aged 12 and 18, and myself, had a two night stay is this hidden gem, and we'll be back! We were met in person by host Sam and her doggy assistant Max. They were very welcoming and gave us some great local tips. The cottage is well positioned close to Barangaroo and Darling Harbour to one side, and an easy walk to The Rocks and Circular Quay on the other. We look forward to staying again soon.

Great location!

Incredible property with a super cozy feel. Sam is a very hospitable host, helping us with everything from directions to recommendations. Walking distance to all the attractions. Great for families as there are 2 bathrooms/toilets and separate bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sam & Sydney ☀️

Wonderful location

The property was perfect for 4, but wiuld be small for six in the living spaces. Bedrooms were large and clean. Location was perfect for getting around the city as it was close to several ferry and train stops, the bridge and cruise port. There is also lots of options for eating within a 10 minute walk. We truly enjoyed the property and Sam was great!

The Best!

Our family loved staying at the Rocks Cottages. The location was second to none. Quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. Sam gave us excellent recommendations on dining and activities. We really enjoyed our stay in Sydney and staying here was a large part of it. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again. Comfortable, clean, close to everything. Historical Vibe in City Center

I loved it here even though it was missing a freezer but had a fridge. It had an odd layout. To use the bathroom you had to climb two flights, the living room was tiny. However because it’s a heritage building it was charming and the host helped us when we bought ice cream but there was no freezer. Great stay

A two story property

It is located walking distance (10-15 min) from major attractions, plenty of restaurants in the area. Bedrooms (2) are in the second floor by stairs. The property is in an historical heritage building, so layout and space distribution is a little unusual, which adds to the charm. The host is next door and readily available if needed ( we did not have any issues with the property).

Wonderful spot. Great for transport and walking. Bear in mind the bedroom accommodation is easily suitable for 4 adults/older teens but the lounge/dining is a little compact if you plan on spending a lot of time there.Lovely quirky style (think black, mirrors, animal print, artificial plants)
