“Check in was easy and quick. Property is beautiful and very aesthetic, food was a little on the higher price side compared to prices in El Salvador. The pool looked nice. HOWEVER, my understanding was the resort was on the beach and it was not. That was kind of disappointing. At check out they make you wait until they check the room, that was a little annoying since I had to run to an appointment an hour away.”

“I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is good, the rooms are very comfortable, and the cleanliness was outstanding. I stay suite ocean front. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my entire stay. There are just a couple of areas that could make the guest experience even better. The pool area needs more beaches chairs. There are only four, and they are fixed in place, so guests can’t move them to a preferred spot or follow the sun or shade. The other point is the breakfast. It is served……
