“This hotel is beautiful, but my stay was incredibly frustrating. The way the shower and tub are designed caused my entire room to flood. It was a complete nightmare. I had to use my towels and bathrobes to soak up the water because there wasn’t anyone available to help. They also don’t offer 24-hour guest support. I had issues with the air conditioning, and the person at the front desk wasn’t able to help resolve them. On top of that, the elevator is far too small—I couldn’t fit inside with my……
