“La zona de San Blas es muy completa, vistas, comercio, restaurantes, tiendas, es muy pintoresca la zona. Ademas de que esta cerca de muchos atractivos, Sacsayhuaman, el mirador de San Blas y el de San Cristobal. La plaza de armas esta solo unas cuadras mas abajo. A todos lados se puede caminar.”

“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then. ”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“This was the best hotel we have stayed on. The staff were really nice and they helped us on getting in a room with more beds without any problem. The breakfast is awesome and the location is perfect. This is 100% recommended.”

“Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Hampton Cusco is conveniently located next to Wanchaq train station. The staff are very friendly and always put on the brightest smile. The room is spacious and clean. My room also got a pretty nice view too. The breakfast has decent selection of hot and cold items, with 2 hot dishes rotating daily. I enjoyed my stay overall.”

“The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.”
