“Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell……

“Clean rooms, hotel needs updated, pool heater was not working and the pool was very cloudy so couldn’t use it. The entire reason for the stay was to stay in a hotel and play in a pool as a gift to my grandson so very disappointed.”

“Check in was smooth and the guy at the desk was helpful. Checkout was not. When I went to the desk to let them know about our room no one was at the front desk. Somehow a fuse had popped in our room which turned the AC off as well as the lights in the bathroom. I had to shower with no lights and the room was warm after a while of no A/C. Disappointing because I like the Quality inn but this was not a great experience.”

“I booked a room with breakfast included, but they ended up not providing it, and they even charge for coffee.”
