We had traveled long and far it was so nice to have a human actually be there to welcome us (Francesca, too) as opposed to emailing a password no to enter the facility and here is your room number; essentially on our own in a foreign country. The apartment is on a busy street but it is very quiet within. Apart from some minor enhancements that would enhance the stay, this was a very relaxed and enjoyable stay"
