There is a kettle, microwave, tableware and no toiletries, but that wasn't a problem as we had our own. "The location on the outskirts of Waterford is ideal for outings to e.g. the Copper Coast drive or to Mount Congreve Gardens. The hotel is clean, modern and very stylish. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. My evening meals in the restaurant were very good. My only critical observation would be that perhaps the waiters could be a little more courteous. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Waterford."

"From the moment you pull in the driveway you get a sense of calm. The landscape is absolutely stunning. You are greeted at the door by one of the owners. They show you around then take you upstairs to your room. The decor was very calming and having its own bathroom in your room is a great bonus. Breakfast was made to order and prepared by o e of the owners as well. These 2 men have created a BnB that they should be extremely proud of. If we ever come back to this part of Ireland, we will 100% stay there again."
