Then why werent we told this at check in? For a room (siluite) that costs $ 250.00 a night the entire shower certainly should have been working! We have stayed here before, and it was great! This time the service was completely subpar, and if your room isnt ready to check into at 4.00 pm there is an issue for sure! Then it wasnt even stocked fully when we checked in and management was not helpful! The casino was fun, but honestly the hotel part this time was very disappointing!"
