“Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilien Hauses in Pare.Das Gebäude ist alt und feucht.Die Wohnung selbst ist die einzige Ferienwohnung, ist sehr groß und mit ital.Handwerkerkunst renoviert.Im großen Bad gibt es ein paar Schimmelecken die sehr unschön sind.Die Wohnungsausstattung ist stimmig,Geschirr und Besteck=gesammelte Werke.Das Kühlgerät,Spüler, Waschmaschine,Klima funktionieren gut.Die Betten sind super.Die Aussicht ist grandios,einfach fantastisch und entschädigt für……

“Villa Helena is a spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished villa in a stunning location with marvellous views of Lecco and Lake Como. The Villa has its own garden with outdoor dining facilities and wifi is excellent. The Villa is as good, if not better, than the photos suggest. Although approximately 5 kms from Lecco centre a car is not essential as a reliable bus service is available with a bus stop nearby. Owner, Elena, and the gardener, Gigi, live on site.
