“When we arrived for our stay, the rooms have not even been cleaned. All the beds had been slept in, trash everywhere, half eaten food in the fridge and soiled towels laying around. The hotel staff didn't even response when I call them.”

“The room was very clean. We were surprised to find that after the reservation was paid for and we drove to the location that there was a fee per dog, per day. This really increased the price of the stay. Also there was no view of the lake from this cabin.”

“Very nice lodge on the water. Room was clean and tidy, sat outside by the firepit ( wood provided) and enjoyed the view, and quiet.”

“Absolutely perfect! Exceeded our expectations! We came to deep creek on a whim expecting a day trip but decided to stay a night and found this place. Scot and his wife were very hospitable. The amenities alone were beyond what we paid. I mean seriously place felt like staying at a family home. To top that off we were served breakfast, snacks were available all day and a boat ride? Scot and his wife truly welcomed us like family. Me and my gf loved our stay so much we tried extending one more……

“The place has seen better days, but was sufficient as a cheap place to sleep for a short time. Quite a few cosmetic issues, vending machines didn't work, the smells were quite unpleasant, and we woke the night staff as we were leaving early in the morning. They did offer continental breakfast and the linens appeared clean, though.”
