"Great breakfast choice. Check in & out easy. Had an accessible room which we didn’t book, lots of space in the room but bed was small double, could have done with king size bed but that’s our choice. Could also hear noise from next room through the connecting door, coughing and hair dryer. Easy access for parking, railway station and shopping. Would stay again but request king size bed if available or twin beds."
"Excellent base for an overnight stay as directly opposite the train station and Union Square shopping centre for food and shops.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless.
Our room (230) was huge and very clean. Bathroom was nice and modern. Furniture was a bit of a,mismatch but perfectly functional. Only downside was the roasting hot radiator that wouldn't turn down.
Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. "
"The rooms were absolutely lovely — the bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp white bedding and even spare duvets if needed. The space itself was generous, and having a little kitchenette was such a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was modern and really well designed, making the whole stay feel extra comfortable.
The location couldn’t have been better. It was fantastic being just steps away from the Christmas market — so festive and convenient.
The staff were genuinely wonderful. I want to give a special mention to Dimitrij and Esther who were both incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay and guided us through all the options for parking in the vicinity.
And the buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, all really delicious and fresh.
I’d absolutely stay in a Marriott Bonvoy hotel again in the future."
"From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team and the head of housekeeping. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and inviting atmosphere. Our room was spotless, and the ice and ice bucket were delivered promptly.
We enjoyed the vibrant ambience in the bar before heading to our dinner reservation. The food for three of us was excellent, though one dish fell slightly short of expectations. We shared constructive feedback, which was swiftly addressed by the chef to our satisfaction. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive, with a fully cooked option that was delicious and well-presented.
The staff in both the restaurant and bar were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Customer service is clearly a top priority at this hotel, and it truly shows. We will definitely be back."
