"Our first time in Long Beach and we wanted to be close to family. The location was very close to family and the house itself is wonderful. There were some kinks but nothing that would keep us from renting again.The location was okay. It's not in the most walkable area but it was perfect for our week stay. The inside is beautiful and remodeled. There is a table and chairs out front if you want to sit outside. The beds are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are updated and clean. We used the fridge and the washer and dryer which were great for a longer trip. There wasn't an ironing board and iron. We didn't bring one since that was something in the description, but they had a steamer. The kitchen is stocked and bathrooms had bathwash, shampoo, and conditioner. I did need to message for an update to get entrance to the house which came after 4pm and 4pm was check-in time. We had to be somewhere at 430pm so had to skip stopping by the house till after. There were no parking instructions so we had to message again.The pros: Central to so many things in Long Beach, and it's central if you're travling to Disney, Knott's Berry Farm, or downtown Los Angeles. Close to major highways and there are many food options in driving distance. Parking spot is within a gate. Beautiful and clean house.The cons: There was no garage and only 1 parking space if it's availabile. There is little to no street parking. Fixtures in 1 bathroom not fixed to wall."
