“Amazing hotel and staff. only 2 downsides are that it is high up on a hill, so not very walkable from the rest of Cape Town. Secondly, they do not have a liquor license, and thus are unable to seel alcohol on the property. Would still recommend as a stay.”
“This lovely property offers numerous amenities and features an exceptional staff. When my original flight from New York was canceled, my host Ryan promptly adjusted my accommodation. The aromatherapy was a wonderful added touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.”
“Everything was great.
1. Mainly the daily maintenance and stuff behaviour was so good.
2. I reached around 12 pm and the check in time was 3 pm, I requested them for early check in and they immediately gave me one clean room, thanks for that.
3. There are some good restaurants in the neighbourhood, so it’s convenient.
I have some suggestions for the house though:
1. One exhaust fan in the toilet will be helpful.
2. The bathroom door should close properly otherwise unwanted smell from bathroom……
“Most of the time we were working so did not get to stay in the flat very long to enjoy the beautiful view, but it was excellent place to stay. We walked to the Bellagio the first evening and it was also very nice place to eat. The coffee place on the ground floor was also fine and probably the proximity of coffee is important to some guests. We don't know about the parking or the shops nearby because we didn't use them but the check in by SRoberts was handled very deftly. He was very nice..……
“The location and breakfast were amazing. One thing to be aware of is that there is a big construction site happening across the street and they begin working at 7am and finish around 5:30. We were gone most of the day and woke up relatively early so it didn’t bother me that much.
The beds is super comfortable and so are the pillows. The staff go above and beyond and made my wife several extra Lattes in the morning.”
“Great location. Great vibe. Great helpful and friendly staff. Sizeable rooms with views to Table Mountain and marina. Also quick and safe access to V/A marina area in evenings. Breakfast was amazing with selection of buffet and à la carte options.”
“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference.
We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window.
The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it.
The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience.
In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“The staff were incredible throughout, we loved them and their friendly helpful ways and will miss them.
The situation is also excellent with many amenities nearby.
Room service was also excellent BUT the noise from the Irish pub over the road was awful and completely disrupted our sleep on the 2nd night which was a Friday night, and partially disrupted it on the Saturday night.
Breakfast at the Dock House Boutique hotel was also really uninspiring - small room felt claustrophobic and the food……
