“Nice staff”

“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t……

“Was only there for a few days in transit but everything was perfect location especially for me. Everything you needed was there even Netflix you didn’t have to put your own account. Definitely will come back. ”

“The host was great the house was great. The only thing we did not have was soap.”

“Lovely apartment so close to anything you want to do in Denver. Secure and clean, private but easy to reach the owner who lives in the house above. I will be back!”

“Check in was straight forward, communication was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Laundry and dishwasher detergent were supplied. The host was thoughtful and supplied some nice appointments. We were very happy with the experience. We would recommend this space for anyone staying in Denver. Thanks!”

“Queen studio. Smaller than expected but got the job done for 2 people. No issue with noise/AC/wifi. Location is perfect for downtown/boulder/stadium activities. There’s a food hall (with bars and coffee) literally right next door. Paid $25 for parking each night with no issues getting a spot even with all the rooms booked.”

“Good stay and towels/toiletries were provided. But got there and the garage was opened, was a little confused by this and wondered if we were in the right place. Turns out the garage opener on the outside was having issues, owner called me and let me know it was the right place, but we couldn’t park in front of the garage as it was reserved for the people staying upstairs. Had no clue that there would be people upstairs (it’s at least not accessible) but the people above us had what sounded like……

“Easy access to apt. Great yard for dogs. Excellent communication with host. Upscale neighborhood with Cherry Creek State Park across the street. This is my second time staying there, and I hope to return and use the premises again next spring!”
