Holiday Home 'Gite Ranch' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Tirepied, Normandy, Gite Ranch offers a comfortable 70 sqm vacation home accommodating up to 6 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a 160x200 bed and another with 2 joinable 90 cm beds, plus a mezzanine with a 2-person sofa bed. The living room features a 2-person convertible sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with 2 freezer drawers, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, raclette service, and plancha. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, wood stove, baby bed, high chair, and toys and books for children.



Outside, you can enjoy complete privacy with no overlooking neighbors on the 500 sqm grounds. The property features a private garden perfect for children and includes a petanque court. Your private 40 sqm uncovered terrace and private grill provide ideal spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation.



The property offers 5 shared on-site parking spaces. Please note that pets are not allowed and events are not permitted on the property.



You are situated 1 km from the village center of La Butte, with local services including a grocery store, bread depot, restaurant, bar, and tobacco shop nearby. A tennis court is located 500 m from the house. The location provides easy access to hiking trails on the GIR 22 route toward Mont-Saint-Michel, which is 35 km away. Villedieu-les-Poeles is 15 km away, Granville port for Chausey Island departures is 25 km away, and the nearest beach at Falaises de Champeaux is easily accessible.

Gite spacieux et fonctionnel, situé en forêt au calme, Il est très propre et convient à une famille avec enfants. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons passés un bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable (malheureusement trop court ! nous y reviendrons). Le lieu est absolument magnifique, en plein milieu d'une forêt. Il est calme et le gîte (refait à neuf avec goût) dispose de tout le nécessaire pour y passer un bon séjour (barbecue, jeu de pétanque etc etc.). Merci pour tout.

Cette petite maison dans les bois est parfaite pour profiter du calme de la nature. Elle est bien aménagée, joliment décorée, tout est neuf et en très bon état. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller au Mont Saint Michel. Nous sommes également allés à St Malo et Omaha Beach, un peu plus loin, mais distance correcte.

Gite confortable et très bien équipé. Environnement très agréable et reposant.
