"What a beautiful view and a beautiful home! We visited during the winter months for our annual Girl's retreat with my mom, sisters, and loads of daughters! The home was very well stocked, we cooked every meal. We enjoyed the hot tub, especially while it was snowing outside. Loved being only a short walk to the Mountains to Sea trail. "Our family of 7 grandparents, parents, and grandchildren enjoyed our stay. Great view, fun table games for the kids, nice and very well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms/baths. Enjoyed the hot tub. Suggest adding some comfortable seating in the living room and a chair in each bedroom."

"This property is absolutely stunning! We brought the "matures" and one teenager and there was something for everyone. The only caveat was the code to get in didn't work when we arrived. That is always a stressful way to kick off, but the realty company handled within minutes. And we were able to access with a key and a new code. Enjoyed this spacious lodge for a long weekend. We would definitely stay again."

"Not cleaned an arrival and some amenities were not working. After repeated calls for maintenance repair where calls were not returned our 3 day stay was without some amenities. Calls that were answered said problem was fixed, but upon returning to cabin that was not true. called again and said they would be there in about 35 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later called and they told me the maintenance man's truck broke down and they couldn't get to me. Was totally disgusted as this went on for our 3...

"I don't know where to begin. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend! Communication with Todd was easy and painless. He is responsive and friendly. The house... oh my, the house! The location is easy to find with ample parking. I think we had 6 cars. Rooms are clean and plenty big enough. Having bathroom's off each room was so great. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Highlight of the house is the LARGE island. We spent a lot of time hanging around it.. eating, talking,...

"This cabin it’s amazing! The location just 7 min to banner elk downtown and 10 minutes to sugar mountain."

"We had a fabulous time with our family at the wonderful home. Everything we needed to prepare meals was present. Coffee brewer AND single cup machines. Hot tub was wonderful. Dinners on the deck. Very comfortables beds. Bathrooms were great. Management company was excellent."

"Overall great home. Tons of room, which was great. The water pressure on the well system is a bit of an inconvenience, but it was stated in the home the water pressure issue. Otherwise decently clean. A couple of minor house issues, but the cabin rental manager was nice about my report."

"Perfect location and views. Great proximity to Beech Mtn. Plenty of space. However, property furnishings were extremely worn and needed to be thrown out. Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else."

"We stayed at this property with our son (8) and his friends and their families. The house was great for young kids, lots of room for them to run around and play. But cozy where could all spend time together. The kids loved the tennis court, basement and running around in the back yard. The property is approx 35 mins from Hawks Ridge tubing where we went Saturday and the kids had a blast. We were thrilled to know that Doordash delivers to the property to feed an army of hungry young kids....

"We so enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for families to have their space while still utilizing the comfortable group lounging areas and prepping food to enjoy for a crowd. Ample sleeping areas for multiple families or friend couples. The amenities are top notch - very roomy jacuzzi tub and nicely appointed shower and sauna area. The parking is roomy and well laid out. The mud room is perfect for coming in from a day of skiing to take of boots, snow jackets, and bibs. Plenty of storage...

"Stay was great! Trash disposal was a little hassle. We stayed as a group of 10 people so leaving just 2 bags of trash was not enough and possible so we had to drive a few miles to go dump the trash. Also the road to cabin was treacherous one way so have to drive very careful especially in night. The entertainment room in bottom floor was great with a ping pong table and a pool table - we spent a good amount of time over there. I would recommend this place to others."
