"文化財に登録されるだけあって重厚で趣のある素晴らしい建物です。柱や梁の太さ、床板の厚み、上り框の立派さ、どれをとっても素晴らしい建築物です。
ご亭主や女将さんはとても親しみやすくとてもゆっくりくつろげました。
お料理は自家製の山菜料理や地元の食材をふん だんに使った物でとても美味しくいただきました。また温泉はさっぱりとした湯上がりでとても温まります。地元の方のお話も聞けてとても良い思い出になりました。家内もとても喜んでいます。
また機会があれば是非訪れてみたい所です。"

"スタッフの方々のサービスはとても親切で良かったと思います。
館内も癒されるもので溢れていて居心地も良かったです。
お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし 演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。
山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。
せっかくの素敵な旅館なので お食事のグレードはもっとＵＰしても良いと思います。"

"Great experience here with welcoming staff, clean rooms/bathrooms and a shamisen show. Onsen was relaxing and it had a great view. We enjoyed the dinner that had lots of choices and breakfast was good too."

"ディナーはコースですが、前半はよかったのですが、途中でよくわからない（料理の方向がよくわからず）一皿が出てきてほぼ残してしまいました。その後いきなりキッシュが来てそこでトーンダウンしてしまいました。夕飯にキッシュは食べたくなかったです。もう少し料理の構成を考えられた方が良いのではと感じました。朝 ごはんは美味しかったです。"
