“The breakfast buffet was just ok. Some of the fruit was rotten, specifically the watermelon was almost soup. I can not understand the reasoning why any staff member would put this out for consumption. It makes you wonder what the standards are in the kitchen. That said, the rest of the breakfast was good. Service was slow but courteous. There was only one server for most of the service and he was doing his best. The dinner experience was better. Food was great and the venue is stunning. I asked……

“Staff was very courteous, Laura at the reception desk and Jose (Josefa) in the breakfast area. We had poor internet reception in our suite and Laura contacted the phone company hoping to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved after our 3 day stay.”
