Travelers Rest

“Communication with host 10000%All questions answered quickly!!! They reconfigured the 2nd bedroom back to a bunk bed without hesitation. (It was listed with bunk when we booked but changed before our stay to a queen and with 2 adults and 3 children a queen bed wouldn't fit all the grands). Home was immaculate and fit our needs for an apple picking weekend with the grandchildren. The washer and dryer sure came in handy after a muddy jaunt through a corn maze after the rain at the apple orchard. I……

Travelers Rest

“The canvas cabin was basically brand new as were all the furnishings. Same for the entire facility. Everything was clean and new. It was a nice glamping place. I was worried about heat, since it was about 50 degrees. The space heater worked like a champ. I stayed there to bicycle the Hincapie Gran Fondo about 3 miles away at Hotel Domestique. It was a quick and easy commute. The camp store and bathroom facilIty was also basically brand new and very nice. ”

“Great location! We had a ton of fun in the unit. Bed was very comfortable. The view out the window was wonderful. Air conditioning on a hot night was essential...so glad the unit had it. We could not see any other units from the bed. It felt like we had the forest to ourselves. Shared bathroom, gift shop, and shower on the site were very clean. It was a short walk to the community building from the unit.Take a chance, glamping was a wonderful experience!”

“We weren’t given check in instructions and had to call (they responded promptly but still frustrating as we didn’t know where to go or what our door code was). Hot tub was fully booked (the entire reason we came) so we didn’t get to use it. Store was sold out of almost everything. We were woken up in the middle of the night to someone possibly chopping wood? Sounded like it was a tree getting hit by lightning repeatedly for 30 mins. Scared us all. And I left with a screw in each of my back……
