Lovely time in Trois Ilets at this property

I thought this property was excellent value for such a lovely home. The living room has hurricane shutters that we opened every morning to let the outdoors in. The pool area was perfect and received good morning sun. Beds were comfortable and it was a minute from an excellent strip mall with pizza, boulangerie, high end wine store, and super marche. 5 minute drive to excellent restaurants and shopping in Pont du Bois. Would definitely go back and stay again, loved it!

Agnès is so wonderful! The house is absolutely perfect! A dream! So comfortable, plenty of space, beautifully decorated. She left us breakfast foods and was so welcoming. The pool and outdoor area is a great retreat. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Perfectly clean! Safe neighborhood! We would love to come back again and again and again! Thank you! Also so close to grocery store, wine shop, delicious bakery and pizza spot! Great area in Martinique!

Très belle villa avec un excellent service

La villa est vraiment magnifique et Agnès et Jean-Pierre nous on reçu de manière très chaleureuse.Toujours très réactif à toutes nos questions et demandes, on nous a même offert de quoi se faire un petit déjeuner pour notre arrivée.La piscine et l’aménagement autour sont très agréables.C’est vraiment bienvenu (voir nécessaire) de pouvoir y plonger lors des chaudes journées de la fin juillet.Même si on n’est pas directement au bord de la plage, l’emplacement demeure central pour se déplacer vers Fort de France, l’aéroport, ainsi que vers les plages du Sud-Caraïbes qui sont belle à en couper le souffle. Il y des villages plus charmants en Martinique que les Trois-Îlets, mais on y retrouve toutes les commodités nécessaires à quelques minutes à pied ou en auto, sans oublier une belle boulangerie et une excellente petite pizzeria.La cuisine de la villa est bien équipée, la salles de lavage est très pratique et que dire de la grande aire ouverte avec ses beaux plafonds voûtés!Il faut savoir que la villa ne comprend pas de fenêtres ou de moustiquaires, il faut donc fermer les volets des chambres la nuit pour mettre l’air climatisée.Ça veut aussi dire que pendant la journée, on a la merveilleuse possibilité d’ouvrir les volets et les grandes portes qui donnent sur la piscine et sur le grand balcon, afin d’avoir l’impression de vraiment vivre au rythme des Caraïbes!

La maison aux oiseaux

La belle maison d'Agnès est idéalement située. Elle permet d'accéder rapidement à toutes les visites, aux plus belles plages de l'île et sa proximité avec les commerces rend facile la vie quotidienne. Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en famille dans la location. L'emplacement, l'espace, la déco du logement, tout est parfait. Pour couronner le tout , Agnès est d'une IMMENSE GENTILLESSE. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés dans cette belle location.

Confort de la maison

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et sa décoration. L’hôtesse a été très accueillante. Si nous avions pu améliorer un petit peu le confort de cette maison, nous aurions aimé trouver deux coussins par personne ; des coussins confortables, et non pas trop dur comme nous avons eu. Le matelas de la chambre avec lit bébé était très confortable mais les deux autres est très très durs. Il faudrait vraiment réparer le combiné de douche qui est cassé et probablement aussi changer les moustiquaires qui sont assez percées de partout. Il aurait été agréable également de trouver une troisième moustiquaire dans la troisième chambre. Sinon, tout était parfait.

Super logement et accueil !

Nous avons passer un super séjour dans la maison d’Agnès, son accueil a été superbe et elle a été réactive a une demande en dernière minute. La maison est superbement décorée avec goût et idéalement située dans le sud de l’île. Je recommande a 100%, nous étions 2 mais clairement une maison très confortable a 6 !

Ma famille et moi avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est magnifique et bien entretenu et bien placé. Nous y etions pour un court sejour reposant et il a répondu à nos attentes. Je recommande ce logement. Une petite attention pour la voisine et son fils, très accueillant.

Villa idyllique

Maison aux charmes incroyables avec une décoration magnifique et une liberté de mouvements qui ne laisse pas indifférent. Tout le monde peut se retrouver pour partager des moments de convivialité ou s’isoler pour profiter de calme tant l’espace est vaste et agrémenté de coins de repos agréables. Logement super, très joli et spacieux. Nous étions 2 familles de 4 et chacun avait son espace. Il est noté dans l'annonce 6/8 personnes, je pense que pour 8 adultes c'est trop juste mais avec des enfants il n'y a pas de soucis.
