“Walking in to the hotel was beautiful but it’s so hard to get a parking space , it’s all been redecorated so went up to our room which was room 6 and it’s very dark so we had to put the lights on in the afternoon, lots of clattering and banging going on so went to reception and spoke to them and they said it was the bins getting taken out I just was checking that it wasn’t going to be like that all night , there is a middle door which was being used and it just banged shut , through the night……

“Fantastic location if you are visiting Arran. Met on arrival and check-in was no problem. Room was perfect for what we needed and very clean...only tiny issue was the toilet which took AGES to re-fill and was a bit noisy. Breakfast was great and the one member of staff who we dealt with - sorry, didn't ask a name - was absolutely superb, chatty and very efficient. Thank you and would defo use again.”
