“The photos don't do this place justice. It has absolutely everything you need, and more! It most definitely has a luxurious feel to it. I loved the bathroom. The cottage os much bigger than it looks in the photos, so much room! ”

“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. “Fabulous B&B guest house in the quintessential heart of St Ives, whose charming owners reflect the best hospitality ethos. The breakfast part - organic, made to order, was superb. “We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows. Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available. There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk. They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink……
