“I would give the rating for staff 1 star and the total rating 3 stars because of the agent on duty January 15 at 4pm. She was very rude to me and then later to my spouse. The following morning I talked with the manager, who was very nice and apologized. She said that she will speak with that person. We think that the agent is not a good representative for the hotel and she should not be there. So for that reason I gave 5 stars for everything.”

“It was an idyllic weekend getaway with my daughter at Robin’s Nest. Our favorite part was looking forward to spectacular sunsets on the terrace that sits above the lot! The terrace had plenty of comfortable furniture where we could enjoy the view, eat, listen to music and talk. The actual unit was cozy and intimate with a great air conditioner that kept us cool though it was very hot outside. We enjoyed spending the day at the beach on the lake where there is plenty of shade. The unit had a very……

“We had a great stay. The original property had an issue (not the host’s fault), so the host ended up being super accommodating and getting us set up with another great place. “Overall a great place to stay. We are a family of 5 and we had plenty of room in the cabin. The kids loved all of the campground amenities. We were only 15 minutes from the zoo. The only issue I run into was check-in. I feel like that process needs to be better explained in the welcome message. Great stay, would stay there again. ”
