“We were asked for arrival time which we massaged them that we would arrive early, we were told to wait since cleaning crew were in the room which was okay but we were not told the room was ready till we checked on it and the cleaning crew were done. “Great accommodations for 6. Just enough room. The resort options for eating were excellent. The Hot Tubs were awesome. Should have enough robes for the capacity of the rooms. Concierge was accommodating when we needed a booze run as there was not an option on site. The shops at the resort were great and had almost everything we needed.Skiing was awesome although it was 65-70 all 3 days...glad I brought shorts.”

“Everything was great except we were anticipating have hotel pool access and did not. We had access to the smaller, timeshare pool, but would have liked access to the larger pool. However, it was still a great time. ”

“This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. We have 2 more trips……

“The property is wonderful, great location with lots of dining and activity options. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.”
