Modern Tulum vibes- this brand new stylish apartment is in the best location! This 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect getaway- located in the heart of Aldea Zama you can walk to everything! Minutes from beach. Luxury linens, soaps and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the private terrace or take in the jungle views on the sunny rooftop. Iconic black and white rooftop pool features loungers, outdoor bar area, outdoor shower. entire 1 bedroom apartment - bedroom, living area, private terrace. Entire apartment and community rooftop pool. Building is very small only 4 apartments so community area is not crowded We are available via chat, phone, and in person if needed Completely walkable Aldea Zama! Heart of Tulum everything from shopping to dining within walking distance! Tulum is a small town with boutique areas. For true walkable beach access, choose the Hotel Zone. From other areas, it’s a quick, seamless transfer—car, scooter, taxi, or bike—and we’re happy to help arrange it. See our map for real-world timing at a glance. Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic. Aldea Zama is also the other very walkable destination in Tulum with many options for shopping and dining. Transportation- Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing. Bikes- we can recommend places to rent Scooters, ATV’s Rental Cars - we can assist with rental and can be delivered to your condo/villa Beach Access - We have deals directly with beach clubs for exclusive access once booked with us you will need to make a reservation with the host or via our app 1 day in advance. Since these beach clubs have hotels and restaurants bringing food and beverages in is not permitted. Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access but be aware they may not provide a chair or be overbooked without a reservation. Your stay is professionally hosted by a dedicated and licensed luxury hospitality team in Tulum. We uphold higher standards than typical rentals, with meticulous attention to detail, seamless guest support through our custom app, and privileged access to select beach clubs. Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is $100 usd \-Please contact host with any wifi issues- do not touch routers \-Guests staying in the home are the only people allowed at the residence, no parties or events unless expressly approved by host prior to check-in \-Do not climb or touch trees, note that some trees in the Yucatan are poisonous and can cause serious injury \-In case the electricity supply is cut by Tulum\`s electric company (CFE) or water supply is cut by CAPA, this will not be grounds for requesting a refund. The host is not responsible for any unexpected service interruptions provided by these companies. \-Most of the streets in Tulum are rustic and unpaved. Please keep in mind that you are in the jungle. \-If you report an issue at the property and our team is able to resolve it the same day in a reasonable period of time this is not a cause to request a refund. \-Any damage caused during your stay must be reported, and the guest will be responsible for covering repair costs.
