“The good…air conditioner and wifi worked. The bad…bathroom was tiny with the shower and toilet…black mold was visible above the shower due to the small room and improper ventilation. Shower drain was definitely backed up as it didn’t drain properly. The fridge wasn’t on and had no way of being plugged in, it smelled like food had previously spoiled. I had to throw my food away because I couldn’t cool it in the fridge. Microwave wasn’t plugged in either. There was a coffee maker with no cups. The……

“The amenities were unavailable. No pool, no fitness center, no business center, no sundries available. Even the restaurant/ bar were disappointing. Food was undercooked. The hotel had LESS to offer than the 2-star Comfort Inn. I should have booked there. The cost was not fair for the value.”
