Located east of the original Atlantis Village park and set in Peaceful cul de sac across from lovely park, and beaches. Two Rocks Shops, Restaurants ,Pub and Marina The house has 2 queen bedrooms and a study or child's room with a single Daybed ( 3rd bedroom) Ceiling fan in Bed 1 Block out curtains to all bedrooms Large cozy TV den to sit 6/7 people comfotably. Large 8 seater dining table. Lots of outdoor space, front Deck BBQ and double hammock and rear pergola for. Shaded breakfast . Room for Boat ideal easy access into Marina and parking off street for 3 cars. Aircondition to dining /kitchen Wifi Large TV with Netflix Sonos speakers connected to dining /kitchen and TV Den Large Induction cooker appliance Large double refrigerator.
