“一人旅なので平日の水曜日で予約したらお帰りになるお客さんとすれ違ったが、その日は私一人のようでした。一人だから狭い部屋を想像していたので迎えに来てくれたスタッフの方から食事はレストランと部屋食とどちらがいいかと聞かれ、レストランがいいと答えたが、部屋に入って広くてびっくり。オーシャンビューで素敵なお部屋でした。お風呂も無料貸し切り風呂に行く必要もないほど１人でゆっくり 無料で飲める酒はどうかと思っていたけど種類もあり、酒好きな私は満足満足 しかも部屋と酒を置いてあるバーが近いので夜中におかわりを取りに行くのも気にせず行けた。食事も朝食も良かったです。 翌日、チェックアウトして駅まで来たら、携帯を忘れてきてしまって困っていたら、たまたま駅にミカン狩りのお客さんを送って来た方がホテルに連絡して下さり、ホテルの人が届けてくれた。宇佐美の方は優しい。心も体もほっこりして帰りました。 また伺いたいと思います。 ”

“服務人員都很親切，衛生管理也做得很齊全，交通方面因為疫情關係，暫時只有根府川的接駁車，比較有一點點的不方便，不然飯店接駁很方便。 房間因為當天下大雨颳風，所以邊角的房間的外面水管聲音比較吵，之後加價換了另一種房型就安靜了，希望之後邊角房間方面可以改善聲音問題。 床睡起來很舒服，但枕頭有點薄，比較可惜。 服務親切而且溫泉真的很舒服，之後有機會會想再次入住。”
