The staff were helpful enough. The rooms were pretty standard size.
The gym was nice with clean towels, plenty of cardio machines, and weights.
The biggest issue is the elevators. They are split into three sections. One set for floor 4-20, another for floor 21-28, and the other set for floor 29-50. There is usually a long line in the lobby or a long wait. I had to wait 10 minutes for one of them.

We loved it and the restaurant but for Friday night. We were on the 10th floor and the he music from the Event space on the 12th floor shock and pounded us till 4 am. If you like to sleep at night come here weeknights ONLY!
