“Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. “We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It was clean, comfortable and nicely updated. There were many fine amenities including a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for our visit to Erie. It's close to the bayfront, many restaurants, several nice museums and Presque Isle. Sarah was a great host, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Everything about Sarah's place was outstanding and we highly recommend it to other travelers.”

“The place was clean and provided enough towels and bedding. There is a washer and dryer but no dishwasher. . It is pet friendly and has an area in the backyard that is fenced but it isn’t directly from the back door. There is a fire pit and picnic table. The beds have built in charging stations and the mattresses are relatively comfortable. If you are used to a high end mattress it may not meet your standards. “Great stay, nice place to gather with family. Lake view was very nice as well. Unfortunately, the lake cannot be used (only for campground and mobile home owners there, as per the campground owner). Also, the basement with the twin beds is not connected internally to the rest of the house (you have to go outside via the stairs to the back deck). Owner was very responsive to issues as they arose. ”
