For one, it is not made clear in the listing that there is an exterior door in the bedroom that leads directly to the parking lot (1st floor unit). Everything was fine, the door locks, but it made me uncomfortable the first two nights. The “patio” area is also the entrance to the parking lot. The bed was comfortable but there was no duvet cover, just a bottom and top sheet laid over it, so there’s no way to really wash the blanket between...

“Decent stay. Neighborhood is a bit edgy, but the house is safe. Laundry is in a common area for the building, not the apartment. They didn’t have enough bedding for the pull out, and we paid for an extra guest, so that was not good. House is nicely appointed. Circular stairs make a lot of noise when used. Sneaking anywhere isn’t possible! Was a great location for going to a football game.”

“The condo had plenty of space for our group of 3, and still felt cozy! The property was clean and the beds were nice. We didn’t utilize the Connector streetcar, but it would be easy to use with it running just outside the building. We walked to Findlay Market, Rhinegeist, and other businesses in the area. Overall, we had a great, quick, one night stay! ”
