The location was very good for visiting the aquarium. When I made the reservation, I did not know it was an apartment. It was certainly large enough, 3 bedrooms. But the quality of the furnishings it just what you'd expect from someone renting out their room for a profit. I'm all for making money, but the mattresses were the worst I've ever slept on. My back is still sore. The pillow looked like a pool noodle, not even 2 pillows, just one that was about 5' long. Sheets and comforter were poor quality, the chairs at the dining table were filthy, and the sofas were worn out to such an extent we didn't even sit on them. Since it is an apartment complex, there were no services, restaurants, water, ice, vending maching, etc. We had to walk 1/2 mile to a grocery store just to have water at night. Again, if you were looking for a location close to the Arts and Sciences park, this was great. But for comfort, it was rough. If did have a nice view from the balcony.
